 Dr.
HYOUK JOUNG, KWON graciously accepted our
invitation to be BTFC's Technical Advisor
in July 2002.
Dr. Kwon is a Professor of Education and
also Dean to the Department of Academic
and Student Affairs in the SEOUL SPORTS
GRADUCATE UNIVERSITY. He however, is no
stranger to the Malaysian Taekwondo fraternity.
His training the Malaysian Taekwondo Team
in the 1980's has contributed to their many
successes.

In 1986, Master Woon trained under the
watchful eye of Dr. Kwon at Yongin University,
Korea. Their acquaintance has proven to
be the beginning of a strong and lasting
friendship.
With Dr. Kwon as our Technical Advisor,
we are certain that BTFC will soar to even
greater heights, bringing due recognition
to BTFC and Malaysia.
